Scope of papers published by EJOLTs

The Educational Journal of Living Theories (EJOLTS) is committed to publishing the accounts of practitioner-researchers from a wide range of global, social, cultural and professional contexts that explain their educational influences in their own learning, in the learning of others and in the learning of social formations, which form the context of their practice. The journal focuses on professional practitioners' valid explanations for their educational influences in learning in terms of their embodied meaning of the values, skills and understandings of human flourishing that gives their practice meaning and purpose.

There are three stages to the EJOLTs review process: Double-blind review; Open review; Editorial Board review for the final decision to publish.

Open Review Stage

The review dialogues, particuarly those in the Open Review Space, are intended to be educational for all involved. They are made public so we can all 'listen in' and have an opportunity to learn from current and past conversations. Authors and reviewers are encouraged to use the rubric to guide and focus the conversations to strengthen a paper, by improving knowledge, understanding and practice of Living Educational Theory Research.
